Three weeks ago, the mother of one shared her struggles with weight loss, despite trying several tested and proven methods.
She sought advice from netizens on what she should do and what had worked for them, expressing her frustration with the weight loss process.
“A girl is frustrated! I have tried everything to lose weight!” the content creator said.
Detailing her journey, she added, “I did intermittent fasting from 2019 to 2021 and lost around 15kgs. I stopped, went back to it again in 2022, and lost some weight, but since then a girl has not lost weight!”
She asked people to be lenient with her and refrain from fat-shaming or pointing out her weight, as it is beyond her control and she’s frustrated.
