Terrence Creative recounts his days as a witch doctor
Digital content creator and award winning comedian Terence Creative has left netizens in stitches after revealing he has ever posed as a witch doctor in order to make a living.
The father of 2 took to his socials to share a photo of him dressed like a traditional witch doctor popularly known in the region as mganga. In the shared pic, a young and skinny Terrence could be seen with hisface paint on and cowrie shells draped on his bare shoulders rocking only a Maasai shuka that covered his lower body.
Captioning the photo, he revealed that he had been forced to turn into some unconventional methods so as to earn money as things in the big city were really difficult for him before his big break.
“Nairobi imenionyesha mambo, nishawahi kuwa hata mganga,” wrote the Wash Wash producer and executive director accompanying the post with several laughing emojis. That translates to, “Nairobi has greatly shown me things, at one point I have been a witch doctor,”
He however did not confirm if he had any real clients, how much he charged for his services or anything else related to his alleged job.
The post has left people in stitches with some commending the funny man for how far he has come through in life while others asked the burning question in everyone’s mind, “how many clients did he have?” A question that remains unanswered.
