Stop politics and allow the Govt deliver
Deputy President Kithure Kindiki recently visited Kangundo, and Masinga Machakos County, delivering a strong message: it’s time to stop empty politics and focus on real development.

Deputy President Kindiki assured Kenyans that this government is committed to turning the situation around — not through promises, but through actual projects that improve lives.
He criticized some past leaders who held important positions but failed to deliver meaningful progress. He rejected divisive politics and arrogance, emphasizing that Kenya belongs to its people, not a few. For him, true leadership is about serving the people and delivering results.
He also pointed to his record as Interior Cabinet Secretary, where he helped maintain security in challenging areas like Lamu and the North Rift, and improved passport services.
In Kangundo, Kindiki announced major projects, including a government allocation of Ksh 136 million to connect more than 600 households to electricity. A 13-kilometer road from Kangundo Town to Mwala will begin construction on the 27th of this month, funded with Ksh 800 million. This road is expected to improve local trade and accessibility.
He spoke about the fertilizer subsidy program that has lowered prices from Ksh 7,000 to Ksh 2,500 per bag, helping farmers who grow maize, coffee, and sugarcane to increase production and income.
He also mentioned plans to support small business owners by building 400 modern markets nationwide and providing assistance to 70 micro-businesses in every ward efforts aimed at boosting local economies and creating jobs.
The Deputy President encouraged young people to take advantage of digital opportunities like e-commerce, urging leaders to stop exploiting the youth for political gain.
