Size 8 finally explains the thinking behind getting a separation from DJ Mo

Kenyan Gospel singer and ordained pastor Size 8 has addressed the deeply personal and painful decision to end her marriage to DJ Mo, just weeks after announcing her newfound single status.

In an emotional revelation, Size 8 confessed that despite the public’s reaction and rampant speculation, her love for DJ Mo remains profound.

Early this month, she stunned her followers by publicly declaring that she was now single, effectively signaling the conclusion of their 11-year marriage.

Her announcement was met with a mix of shock and skepticism, with many questioning whether the separation was real or merely a publicity stunt, given the couple’s well-known history of ups and downs.

However, in a candid video shared on August 17, Size 8 clarified that the separation was her decision, one she felt compelled to make due to circumstances beyond her control.

“As someone who deeply values the institution of marriage, walking away from a person I love was an incredibly difficult decision. I hold no resentment towards Mr. Muraya,” she said, using DJ Mo’s real name.

She went on to express the depth of her feelings for him, stating, “I still love him with all my heart. If you could look inside my heart, you’d see that love clearly. But reaching the point where I had to ask for a separation was a choice born out of necessity, not desire.”

Even after Size 8 made the break-up announcement and unfollowed him on social media, DJ Mo has been tight-lipped about the situation.

I can only hope that this situation ends up well considering the wonderful memories the couple has given Kenyans over the years.
