NAIROBI, Kenya, Apr 20 – Opposition leader Raila Odinga says the late Chief of Defence Forces Francis Ogolla would never have though about going to the Bomas of Kenya to force former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairman Wafula Chebukati to alter the last General Election.

Speaking during General Ogolla’s memorial service at the Ulinzi Sports Complex, Odinga stated that “We want this stigma removed as we lay him to rest.”
