Prime suspect in Eastleigh murders to be arraigned in court
The prime suspect in the gruesome murders of three Eastleigh family members is expected to be arraigned in court.
Hashim Dagane, a 24-year-old Somali national, was apprehended in the Kamukunji area by police Sunday following a joint investigation by the DCI Homicide Unit.
The victims, Dahabo Daud Said, Amina Abdirashid, and 12-year-old Museiba Abdi Mahumed, were discovered in separate locations within Nairobi and Machakos.
Dagane had been in hiding for the past 12 days after being linked to the horrific murders of the three women in Nairobi’s Eastleigh area.
Authorities discovered that Dagane possessed several fake documents, including a Kenyan ID.
Investigators have established that he previously served as a regional police officer in a neighboring country before relocating to Kenya, where he worked as a driver in various schools in Eastleigh.
