No woman gets pregnant to raise a child alone
Kenyan actress and influencer Jacky Vike alias Awinja has praised men who help raise their kids.
Awinja went on to add that no woman enjoys raising a child alone.
“It’s an issue of concern but first things first, I don’t think there is any woman who would wish to be a single mother. No woman gets pregnant to raise the child alone. I believe every single mother has a reason why she found herself in that space at that time and that’s why I find present fathers a turn-on,” Vike revealed.
Awinja went on to encourage single mothers adding
“You have to be thoughtful of yourself first whenever you’re raising a child. If you are in a good space mentally, health-wise, or physically then it’s going to be easy. It doesn’t matter if you are a single mother or not, you can do it. It’s not easy but you can. Sometimes we don’t realize that these children keep us going, they give us a purpose. Maybe without them we would have ended up in far worse situations,” she adds.
Days ago Kenyan singer Jovial shared her views on co-parenting expressing how draining it can be.
She took to social media to share;
“Co-parenting has got to be one of the most draining things on this earth,” she said.
She added that in most cases, one party is usually still very bitter “Wakidhani they are getting back at you when the real victim is the child.”
“When you tell your close people you are having a baby watakutishia na story za body changes ujitayarishe kumbe you need to prepare yourself mentally and psychologically!”
In conclusion, she advised
“Have that child when you are ready to have that child.”
In the past different celebrities have weighed on co-parenting.
“Do you think you have challenges in co-parenting? Wait until he ignores the instructions issued by the law the same court he took himself,” Akothee said.
She added, “I thank God for Father Oyoo the mediator, this other one would have finished me.”
