Names of former Cabinet Secretaries left out of Ruto’s Cabinet
President William Ruto Wednesday overlooked a number of his dismissed Cabinet Secretaries as he unveiled his second batch of Cabinet nominees.
The president left out Moses Kuria who served as CS for Public Service and Peninah Malonza who was in charge of the East African Community docket.
Others not named in the second batch include Aisha Jumwa who was in charge of the Gender and Culture docket and outgoing National Treasury CS Njuguna Ndung’u.
Zacharia Njeru who served as Water and Irrigation CS was left out and so were Mithika Linturi (Agriculture and Livestock), Ezekiel Machogu(Education), Ababu Namwamba(Sports) and Simon Chelugui(Micro and Small Enterprises).
Florance Bore who was until her dismissal the CS for Labour and Social Protection was left out as well as Eliud Owalo(ICT) and Susan Nakhumicha(Health).

While announcing on Wednesday, Ruto said the new names will join his government to steward “our transformative agenda that is already in place”.
“I commend the leadership of diverse organisations, Parliament and outside parliament and political parties,” Ruto said.
