Miracle Baby’s first gospel song reaches lofty milestone
Miracle Baby, a former Gengetone and Mugithi artist who has now turned to gospel music and even declared himself a pastor, has expressed his joy after his first gospel song reached one million views on YouTube.
Through his social media pages, Peter Miracle Baby thanked his fans for warmly welcoming him in his new gospel path.
“Thank you so much for helping us reach 1 million views. Now I see the gospel of the Lord advancing,” Miracle Baby said.
Miracle Baby collaborated with his partner, Carol Katrue, to release the song titled “Ndi Mwiria” two months ago after being discharged from the hospital.
It is worth remembering that the artist spent much of the first half of this year in the hospital after suffering a recurring bowel issue.
Miracle Baby was hospitalized from mid-January to almost April, undergoing more than three surgeries to treat the condition.
After being discharged from the hospital, he announced, without coercion, that he had decided to serve God because He is the one who saved his life from the illness.
“I said I want to be a pastor and preach, you understand me. But preaching comes in many forms; one can preach through songs because someone like me, right now, I don’t have a church or a place to establish a church,” Miracle Baby said.
The artist also showed his strong faith that God will open doors and ways for him to get a place to start a church, showing great hope for success in this new path.
“I know if God wills, He will give me a place to set up a church, and it will grow. Once I get a place to establish a church, I know believers will surely come. Therefore, I have started my journey through music,” Miracle Baby said.
