Late Bishop Kiuna’s daughter Vanessa pens heartbreaking tribute after Dad’s death

The daughter of the late Jubilee Christian Church founder Allan Kiuna has paid tribute to her dad.

The late Kiuna’s death was announced on Tuesday, July 9.

He leaves behind three children, Jeremy, Vanessa and Stephanie.

Vanessa Kiuna Kovac shared the statement from the Church’s social media to the Press, indicating she was struggling to deal with the news.

“I’ve been trying to find the strength to repost this and I still don’t have it but here we are,” she shared.

Words cannot explain what we are going through, but I know Das is in a better place. Rest well, Dad. I will miss you forever and day” she shared a heartbroken emoji.

Additionally, she put up a picture of the late Bishop with her daughter showing the strong bond he shared with his grandchildren, and another image of her and Kiuna in happier days, as a father-daughter.

The Parklands-based church officially announced his death on Tuesday, July 9 on their social media.

“As a church, we appreciate the outpouring of love and support especially from our church family and we kindly request some privacy as we go through this challenging time of mourning and reflection. More information will be provided regarding funeral arrangements in the coming days. We are organizing services to honor Bishop Allan Kiuna’s memory and legacy.”

The General Overseer was married to Kathy Kiuna.
