Kenyan dancehall artiste Rudra seeks Vybz Kartel collabo in December
Kenyan dancehall artiste Rudra wants to collabo with his idol Vybz in December, should the Jamaican legend make Kenya his country of choice for his first concert.
Rudra is hopeful he will meet his mentor if he comes to Kenya.
In an interview with Oga obinna,Rudra said that a collabo is ready in the event the dancehall legend agrees.
“I’m preparing a collaboration song but I’ll do it December. Hivo venye naskia anacome, naenda nimcheki” He is also hopeful even if Kenya is not the country of choice, he will figure a way out.
Rudra was acknowledged by the Jamaican after tagging him severally about his freestyle.
“Kuongea na yeye, labda kitambo online, after io day ameishi kuni post.”
Rudra loves the similarities between them and that his role model is free
“Yeeaaahhh World Boss. Everytime whenever I wake up in the morning, I put song coz I know I can feel what he was feeling when he was in prison. I have served in prison so I used to feel that”
Rudra was jailed for one and a half years
“I would advise my friends piga shuguli it’s not easy, that’s what they should know”
The Kayole resident told that it has been his dream that a collabo would be realized.
Rudra got his beginning in music to air his frustration
“Ndio kuna hii maisha ya usanii mtu anaskianga fit uko na mafans. But shida na situation zenye ushapitiana juu huwezi enda kuambia ukiwa mwanaume huwezi enda kuambia wase nisaidie. Feelings zako unapress kwa ngoma” he told of his motivation.
