Keilah’s Birthday Remark Leaves Fans Advising Mulamwah on Fatherhood
In her latest video, delivering a cake and presents to her daughter Keilah, Carrol Sonie captured a heartwarming moment of the young girl expressing excitement for her gifts.
The video, shared on Wednesday, September 18, titled “I Almost Missed My Baby’s Birthday,” showed Keilah at her grandmother’s home, overjoyed to see her mother.
“Mummy, you’ve come, I was calling you,” the 3-year-old exclaimed as Sonnie arrived. The bags filled with gifts quickly caught Keilah’s attention, and she eagerly demanded to see what was inside.
Sonnie responded with excitement, “I have so many gifts for you. First of all, tell your people thank you.” Facing the camera, Keilah politely expressed her gratitude.
Keilah proudly announced to Sonnie, “Niko na keyboard” (I have a keyboard). Sonnie, surprised, asked, “You have a keyboard? Nice! Who gave you a keyboard?” Keilah replied, “Nilitoa kwa ule jamaa wa bubblegum” (I got it from the bubblegum guy).
Amused, Sonie repeated Keilah’s words to the camera, laughing at the reference to the “bubblegum guy.” She then encouraged Keilah to thank her fans again before they proceeded to cut her birthday cake and unwrap the remaining gifts.
The innocent reference to “mtu wa bubblegum” had fans in stitches, though some offered advice, encouraging the individual, presumably Keilah’s father, to strengthen his bond with the child so she might use the correct term “Dad” instead.
