Karen Nyamu trolled by netizens following KQ rant
Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu has picked a fight with Kenya Airways (KQ) officials following her latest trip to Mombasa.
Sharing on her socials the mother of 3 posted a photo of herself seated next to former Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho in the commercial flight. The two smiled softly as they looked at the camera.
Captioning the photo, the controversial politician and businesswoman went on to call out Kenya Airways for allegedly dropping their meals airborne services without clearly communicating the new directive to their users.
Miss Nyamu shared her disappointment as she termed the move as illogical. In her rant she questioned with Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua had been subjected to the same when he flew from Nairobi to Mombasa a day ago.
“So on flight KQ to Mombasa this afternoon we were told service airborne is no more due to safety concerns,” started off Karen Nyamu. She went on to quip, “Nauliza jana Riggy G pia alienda hivi hivi tu?”
Which translates to, “I’d like to ask, yesterday did Riggy G also fly just like this?”
Finishing up the frustrated nominated senator marvelled over the new directive questioning why after all this time in operation (realistically minus the corona period) is when Kenya Airways had decided meals on board was an issue.
“After all those years now is when someone remembered that serving snacks iko na safety issue?” The last of her post read.
However, reacting to the post Kenyans did everything else minus sympathize with Karenzo and her hunger pangs. Some accused her of being privileged while others highlighted they felt she just wanted them to see her chilling with 001.
