Gabriel Oguda reveals tough ordeal after release from abduction

Popular X.com user Gabriel Oguda has secured his freedom after he was supposedly abducted early this week.

The social commentator was found by members of the Law society of Kenya in Kajiado.

He also addressed Kenyans in a video. 

“Hello guys, this is Gabriel Oguda. I want to confirm that I’m now free. They released me unconditionally without charge and now I’m at a place where I’m now free and I just want to ally your fears that you should not be worried about my safety anymore. 

He expressed his gratitude

“First of all I want to thank God everyone who’s come to the solidarity of this cause.”

The commentator said he is shaken up about his experience

“At some point, I did not know what was going to happen and now I want to thank the Lord. It’s been two days of tough ordeal

“My biggest Thank you goes to my leader Hon Opiyo Wandaye, thank you so much for the intervention you did on my behalf and for everything you’ve done for me, “

“I also want to thank Hon Edwin Sifuna for all the tireless effort in this exercise

“My sincere and utmost appreciation goes to the LSK President Faith Odhiambo, I will thank you in person another time when I’m back in my good spirits.”

Kenyans have been encouraging him about his experience

“I also want to appreciate my entire Twitter family I’ve seen the trends I have seen what you’ve done for me I promise you I will never let you down.”

“Everyone else in the online community in Kenya, in the Diaspora, this is to confirm I am safe. Thank you so much for everything. I will talk to you later

Other online personalities who’ve been abducted and release include activist Shad Khalif, Tech expert John Frank Githiaka, Doctor Austin alias Japrado, artist Kaskazini, Edgar Wabwire, Crazy Nairobian among others.
