DJ Joe Mfalme already booked for 5 shows this week!

The entertainer has already had a triumphant week after it was revealed that he would become a state witness in the murder case concerning Kabete Police Detective Felix Kelian.

Yesterday the Director of Public Prosecutions said that the deejay would testify as a state witness in the murder case.

Immediately after Mfalme released a statement thanking his supporters and well-wishers for being there for him during this trying time.

“We want to sincerely thank you for having stood firmly with DJ Joe and his team during this challenging time. We are relieved and do welcome the outcome of the investigations carried out as they have exonerated DJ Joe Mfalme and his team, Eric Kariuki and Simon Wanjiru,” read the statement shared on Instagram shortly after the news spread.

Later on, during an interaction with the press, the versatile disc jockey engaged with fellow artists and fans who had gathered at the Kibera Law courts to show their support.

Joe, dressed in a black branded hoody and grey sweatpants, surprised his fans by revealing his long hair for the first time, as he typically keeps it shaved bald.

“Siongei sana (I cannot talk much),” he remarked while greeting the group outside the court. When asked where he would be performing that night, he replied, “Wacha hata nioge na nikanyolewe. Kila kitu imeenda poa lawyer ashawashow (Let me take a shower and get a haircut. Everything went well as the lawyer told you). Nime learn (I have learnt a) lesson 14 days,” he said.
