DCI appeals for public information on prime suspect in Rita Waeni’s murder » Capital News

NAIROBI, Kenya, Apr 24 – The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has appealed for public information on the prime suspect in the murder of university student Rita Waeni.

Waeni’s mutilated body was discovered in January this year at a, Airbnb in Ruaka without her head which was found days later in a dam.
