Celebrities who’ve been arrested/charged with Human Trafficking

Cases of human trafficking among celebrities have been on the increase.

Human trafficking refers to the unlawful act of transporting or coercing people to benefit from their work or service, typically in the form of forced labor or sexual exploitation.

We take a look at prominent personalities who have allegedly been arrested for human trafficking.

P Diddy

Sean “Diddy” Combs allegedly enticed participants into a sex trafficking ring by offering proximity to his “popularity”.

He implied those in his inner circle would have access to celebrities, athletes, and even royalty like Prince Harry, according to a civil lawsuit filed by Rodney Jones, a former producer, last month.

Combs’ former girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura was the first to go public with allegations last November when she filed suit accusing her ex of “rape, sex trafficking, and domestic violence.”

Properties connected to rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs were raided on Monday by federal agents.

The Department of Homeland Security said it had pursued the “law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation” in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami.

Two properties were searched in Los Angeles and Miami as part of the probe.

Officials did not specify the reasons for the raids or whether they were tied to Mr Combs.
