Kamene Goro celebrates DJ Bonez with never seen before photo on his special day

Ms Goro and DJ Bonez met during a trip to the Coast, and for them, it was not love at first site.

“We met in Mombasa, We did not like each other at first. At the time Bonez’s friend had a birthday party, he owns a club.

“Later I went back to the same club with a former co-host of mine. Bonez used to say I was ratchet. I was young at the time.”

Kamene says she has known Bonez since 2015

“He hated me, we never used to talk. In 20202 December I was with a pal of mine. We landed and we were taken to Serena Hotel. We decided to hire a Yatch, and we were told we could get a DJ onboard, so we booked the Yatch.

“We were just the two of us. Sherehe started. Within no time I saw DJ Bonez, we talked and I went back to talk to my pals,” she said. 

“My friend had taken my power bank, he (DJ Bonez) called, and before he said whatever he wanted, I directed him to someone else (Terry). I thought he wanted the power bank.

After that, he would come every day to the hotel and we would hang out.”

Bonez says all along he had Kamene’s number as they were in a certain group together.

The two love birds officiated their union in April 2023 after dating for a while.
