
Mudavadi in Finland for Kultaranta Talks on global security
The Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, Musalia Mudavadi, has arrived in Finland to represent President William Ruto at the prestigious Kultaranta Talks scheduled for June 16–17, 2025.
According to a statement, the two-day event will focus on the geopolitical situation and international relations with a view of cross-examining the evolving global security and foreign policy trends.
The Kultaranta Talks will bring together an estimated 140 invited experts and professionals from various sectors of society including national and international policymakers, academicians, public administrators, captains of trade and industry, civil society actors and members of the media.
The talks will be hosted by the President of the Republic of Finland; Alexander Stubb and the theme of the foreign and security policy event is “The Changing World Order – Old Meets New”.
The Prime Cabinet Secretary is also scheduled to hold bilateral talks with the President of the Republic of Finland and Elina Valtonen, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Finland, to further strengthen the diplomatic ties between Kenya and Finland.
Upon his arrival he was received by Amb. Angeline Musili the Kenyan Ambassador to the Republic of Finland and Nathaniel Taama, Minister Counsellor, Embassy of the Republic of Kenya.
