Former CDF Kibochi, ex-MPs land state jobs

President William Ruto has appointed former Chief of Defence Forces General (Rtd) Robert Kibochi as Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Mwai Kibaki Referral Hospital.

General Kibochi’s appointment was announced in a Gazette Notice dated November 22, 2024.

Kibochi will hold his position for a term of three years, with his appointment taking effect immediately.

Other appointments announced include that of former Rarieda Member of Parliament Nicholas Gumbo as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Kenya Sugar Board, while former Kesses MP Swarup Mishra will serve as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Kenya Biovax Institute Limited.
