Kenyan actress Makena Kahuha humorously confessed that if her life was on the line and she had to sing, she wouldn’t be able to save herself.

During a quick-fire interview with Mpasho’s Kalondu, Makena revealed she started her acting career at just six years old, taking the stage alongside her mother.

She acknowledged that her mother is her ultimate role model and inspiration in her life and career.

Makena is collaborating with Showmax on a film titled Subterranea, Kenya’s first Sci-Fi series. She expresses her excitement about her role, noting that her character in the movie aligns closely with her true personality.

“I’m currently working on the first Kenyan Sci-Fi series. My role is a very interesting girl who loves to have fun but she’s running away from things and her home then ends up finding herself in a bunker. My Character and Makena’s are somehow similar like in both I’m selfish, fun loving and sensitive .” she said
