This was after being indicted in Manhattan on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting for prostitution.⁠⁠

Conditions at MDC have been described as harsh, with reports of violence, suicides, and murders since its opening in 1994.

Despite being isolated from other inmates, Combs won’t receive special treatment, facing 6 am wake-ups and just one hour of recreation daily.
