Viral Milk vendor awarded fully sponsored holiday to Mombasa

A few days ago, John Katia went viral on social media after his photo in distress touched the hearts of many.

Katia was on his daily hustle of transporting milk when he got into a small accident resulting in the spillage of the milk he was transporting. 

The accident was due to the poor state of roads in his village in Embu County where he runs his daily errands.

The viral photos of a frustrated Katia got the attention of Expeditions Maasai Safaris who have now offered him a free holiday as a way of recognizing his efforts of hustling to provide for his family.

According to the CEO, Katia is an inspiration to many as despite all the challenges he has always gone out to deliver on his mandate as a milkman.
